We’re proud to be able to host a variety of vegan-friendly confectionery items. Cruelty-Free without compromising on taste!
If you believe that a product we sell is incorrectly labelled as vegan, please send us an email – help@belowzeroconfectionery.com.au – we’d be doing a major disservice to the community if we unintentionally label something as vegan when it isn’t. Thank you!
That’s correct, but the range of jellies made by The Red Balloon Candy Artisans (Assorted Jelly Cubes, Bobbles and Mello Jellos) are all crafted using Pectin.
Pectin is a fruit-based setting ingredient.
For our other jelly lollies, please review their ingredients for their specific setting agent. However, none of our products contains gelatine.
As of right now, we’re still new and actively looking to expand our offerings.
We’ve had a few requests for Sugar Free products and are looking at including these items in the future.
Products made by The Red Balloon Candy Artisans are Gluten Free, however, our Liquorice Twists and Sour Patch Kids contain Wheat.
Despite this, it’s best to check through the ingredients for each product before purchasing to make sure.
All of the product information available to us suggests that they’re all Nut Free, however, many items warn of potential traces of Nuts or Tree Nuts.

The chocolate used is Callebaut 54% cocoa-based chocolate. No dairy present!
Currently, we ship Australia-wide (9.95 flat-rate), we are also able to ship to New Zealand, Canada and the United States. (full cost)
If you’re knowledgable on the customs requirements for a specific country and would like to be able to purchase something to be shipped to that country please email us.
